Qatar Sports Investments Appoints Pasquale Sensibile Sporting Director of KAS Eupen
Doha, Eupen – 15 December 2025 – Qatar Sports Investments (QSI) – one of the leading strategic investment groups in sports, culture, entertainment and lifestyle – is pleased to announce the appointment of Pasquale Sensibile as Sporting Director of KAS Eupen, effective immediately and continuing through summer 2026.
Sensibile brings more than 20 years of experience with some of the world’s most recognised football organisations, with senior roles across Paris Saint-Germain, Galatasaray, AS Roma, U.C. Sampdoria, and Juventus. He joins KAS Eupen from QSI company Paris Saint-German, where he has been part of the senior scouting and football operations structure, playing a key role in global talent identification and integration within PSG’s football project. Previously, he served as Sporting Director at Galatasaray, leading the Turkish giants’ sporting operations and strategic squad management.
In the role of Sporting Director, Sensibile will oversee all sporting and technical operations at KAS Eupen, guiding squad planning, performance structures, and football strategy as QSI accelerates the Club’s transformation. His appointment ensures strong leadership and alignment with QSI’s high-performance, multi-club football model while the organisation defines Eupen’s long-term sporting structure.
Luis Campos, Qatar Sports Investments Sports Advisor, said: “We are very happy that Pasquale will take this important role at Eupen. He brings outstanding expertise in talent development and squad building, and as a key member of the PSG structure, he also ensures continuity and alignment across the QSI football family.”
Pasquale Sensibile, Sporting Director at KAS Eupen, said: “I am delighted to join KAS Eupen at this exciting time for the Club, and at an important moment in Qatar Sports Investment’s multi-club expansion journey. Having worked closely with Paris Saint-Germain, I know firsthand the level of ambition and constant drive for excellence within QSI companies. I am excited to bring this perspective to Eupen and to work with the Club as it transitions into this new era.”
